Teacher by vocation, holding the highest teaching rank in Romania (Grade I), and a PhD in European Studies and International Relations from the Sorbonne (2018), with a history thesis published in Paris in 2021.

  The launch of the volume “Romania’s Consuls in the Square of the Major Western European Powers, 1919–1939” will take place at Titulescu House (47 Kiseleff Road, District 1, Bucharest), a venue of profound symbolic significance for the history of Romania’s international relations.
  The event highlights a unique historiographical subject: the role and significance of Romanian consular diplomacy during the interwar period. The study analyzes relations with France, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany—states selected for the historical and geopolitical balance they maintained within the European architecture of the era.

Release of the volume “Romania’s Consuls among the Quartet of Western Great Powers, 1919–1939” (608 pages)
Gaudeamus International Book Fair, Bucharest – 7 December 2025

The volume offers an original exploration into the diplomatic history of interwar Romania, providing an analysis of the role and dynamics of consular relations in four major Western powers: France, Great Britain, Germany, and Italy. Based on meticulous research conducted in archival collections in Romania and France, the book reveals how Romanian consulates articulated economic, political, administrative, and cultural interests during an era marked by international tensions and strategic redefinitions.

This work is the result of a passion for studying primary historical sources, for the subtleties of diplomacy, and for the elegance of the French language—the preferred medium of most of the documents examined. This edition, thoroughly revised and expanded compared to the thesis published in Paris in 2021 at L’Harmattan, incorporates current research directions, an enriched documentary base, and an interdisciplinary approach, placing consular diplomacy at the crossroads of history, sociology, and economics.

• My book, "Le mythe dace dans l'univers eminescien", tries to shed light on the controversial and current topic regarding the Dacian myth of Mihai Eminescu, with total impartiality, but also to popularize the work of Eminescu among the French public. The problem of this thesis is to rehabilitate the study of the Dacian myth from the point of view of literary history, outside of prejudices and political manipulations.




• "The history of the Geto-Dacians. National syntheses and myths"- my research is useful to all people interested in the evolution of the Dacian myth in the last two centuries, as well as those who are passionate about history, mythology and literature, being a scientific work to popularize the world of the Geto-Dacians, myths and the multilateral activity of the Eminesian genius.
